Can I import all my existing data in to your BMS?

Yes! The BMS is broken into modules so therefore we would be able to import your Clients, Sales, Existing Leads, Customer Notes etc, so the transition from your existing CRM to our BMS is very easy! So, if you have a 100 existing clients or 100,000 clients we can import them into the BMS prior, during or after we install your software.

Do you have Technical Support? and how quick can you answer any queries?

We have a team of 1st Line Support Engineers who know each BMS platform inside out, this means if they cannot help you with the initial call, they will pass it on to their trainer who will most definitely have the answer. So basically you will get all the help and support you need within 5 minutes of contacting us!
No more "Please submit a ticket and we will get back to you" rubbish, we will make sure before the call is ended we will have your questions answered.

Can we make changes to the BMS to follow our own operations?

We do initially configure the BMS to follow your operational day to day running, but if you need anything that is unique to the way you run your own business then YES we can make alterations the same day. This also applies to custom coding and reports you may need, we can implement same day updates most of the time but in the rare case of we need to write extra coding we can set a time frame and that is usually within 24 hours GUARANTEED!

Can I create my own BMS that follows our own existing procedures?

The simple answer to this is YES! We are soon going to launch our brand new eCustom+ platform that will allow you as a company to pick and choose what will suit your Business requirements.
This means it will be more cost effective as a business to only have the modules you will need to allow your company to perform as it is doing at present but with the BMS logic and BDM input for each of your desired products.
